Refund policy

Customized orders require 50% Down payment.

After placing your order you will be contactedvthrough one of our customer service representatives.

Please review your order carefully before placing it.

Down Payments are non-Refundable.

 

يحق للعميل طلب استرجاع المنتج خلال مدة أقصاها 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام.

على أن يتم الالتزام بالشروط التالية:
• أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية “جديد” وغير مستخدم.
• أن يكون بكامل ملحقاته وبتغليفه الأصلي كما تم استلامه.
• يتحمل العميل تكلفة شحن الاسترجاع بالكامل.

يتم فحص المنتج المرتجع فور استلامه، وفي حال مطابقته لشروط الاسترجاع، يتم بدء إجراءات رد المبلغ.

يرجى العلم أن:
• يتم خصم رسوم الشحن من قيمة المبلغ المسترد.
• قد تُطبق رسوم استرجاع (Restocking Fee) يتم خصمها من إجمالي قيمة الطلب.
• يتم تنفيذ عملية الاسترداد بعد المعاينة والموافقة خلال مدة عمل محددة وفق سياسة الدفع المستخدمة.

Customers have the right to request a return within fourteen (14) days from the date of receiving their order.

The following conditions apply:

• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and not damaged.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.
• The customer is responsible for covering the full return shipping cost.

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If the product meets the return conditions, the refund process will be initiated.

Please note:
• Original shipping fees (if applicable) will be deducted from the refunded amount.
• A restocking fee may apply and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
• Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
• If the returned product does not meet the stated conditions, we reserve the right to reject the return request and send the item back to the customer at their expense.



To start a return, you can contact us at enas@clipclub-adv.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
